Delete your New Alo Live account

In the app

1. Open New Alo Live and go to Profile.
2. Tap Settings & Privacy.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you sign in with and your New Alo Live ID, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, profile photo, bio, gender, country and date of birth (your profile is shown as "Deleted user").
• Your email address or phone number and the link to your Google or phone sign-in.
• Your posts and comments, followers and following lists, and notification devices.
• Your diamond balance, store items and VIP packages. These cannot be restored or refunded.

What is kept

• Diamond transaction, gift and withdrawal records, without your name or contact details, for as long as financial and tax law requires.
• Messages you already sent in chats stay visible to the people you sent them to, shown as from "Deleted user".
• Reports and moderation records needed to prevent abuse, for up to 1 year.

If you have a withdrawal waiting for review, deletion is available once it has been processed. Signing in again with the same Google account or phone number later creates a new, empty account.
