By creating an account or using New Alo Live you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You must give your real date of birth; accounts of people under 18 are permanently closed.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share it, sell it or use someone else's. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Settings & Privacy → Delete account).

3. Your content

You own what you post. You give New Alo Live permission to host, display and transmit it so the service works. You must have the rights to anything you share. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines.

4. Diamonds, gifts and store items

Diamonds are a virtual item used inside New Alo Live to send gifts and buy store items such as frames, entry animations, themes and VIP packages. Diamonds and items have no cash value, are not your property, cannot be transferred outside the app except as the app allows, and are lost if your account is deleted or closed for breaking these terms. Gifts are final once sent.

5. Hosts and withdrawals

Approved hosts who belong to an agency may request to withdraw diamonds they received as gifts, at the rate and limits shown in the app. Withdrawals are reviewed and may be refused or reversed in cases of fraud, chargebacks or breaches of these terms.

6. Prohibited conduct

Do not break the law, harass or exploit others, post sexual content, involve minors, spam, scam, cheat, buy or sell accounts, or interfere with the service. See the Community Guidelines.

7. Service changes

We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service. The service is provided "as is", to the extent permitted by law, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.
